We are using aspose for generating PDF from DOCX file. We are using longtime and we have not made any changes into it but today we have observed it not working. File are there in folder but still we are facing issue.
Could please help use on this ? This is critical. Client is stuck.
error is 400 with description “Error: ExecuteMailMerge. Exception: Error while loading file ‘Production_Template/AgentCommissionTemplate.docx’ from storage. The specified file does not exist…”

Please double check that the template file exists on the specified path. Otherwise, please share your sample code along with the credentials via a private message. We will try to reproduce the issue and investigate it.

We noticed some abnormal load on our server that caused the problem. We have increased the number of server nodes and are still closely observing the logs.
