PDF creation is not working - again

Hi,
We are using aspose for generating PDF from DOCX file. We are using longtime and we have not made any changes into it but today we have observed it not working. File are there in folder but still we are facing issue.

Same issue we have faced in August 2023, PDF creation is not working

Could please help use on this ? This is critical. Client is stuck.

error is 400 with description “Error: ExecuteMailMerge. Exception: Error while loading file ‘Production_Template/CDATemplate.docx’ from storage. The specified file does not exist.”

Sorry for the inconvenience. We are investigating this issue. Please share if you use default Aspose storage or link your s3. In case of other s3 buckets, please share the region: west, east, etc.

Please try our API reference at Aspose.Words Cloud - API References, authorize with your credentials, and use the “Upload File” method. By doing this, we will be able to determine if the issue is related to the SDK or not.

File is already uploaded on API storage. MailMerge Api is not working, response is coming as

This was working fine till 25th June. Suddenly from yesterday this has stop working and we have not made any changes.

We have deployed a fix, and everything should now work fine. The issue was due to the incorrect functioning of the Amazon S3 SDK. Please try again and let us know if you encounter any further problems.

Is anything change in retention setting ? We fixed that long back Template and folder is missing - #7 but now I don’t see this setting. Will our file get delete after one month?

No, we didn’t change any settings; the error we fixed was connected with Amazon S3 SDK, not our app.
