Issue with Authenticating with Aspose Words - Self Hosted

Hi, I am seeing this when starting my Aspose Self Hosted instance - and customers that are using our system are currently experiencing documents in “Evaluation Mode” which is causing a lot of frustration.

Is there a fix?

Please share how you run container, how you pass license keys

We run it on Azure and pass through the license keys through the environment variables. It has worked well so far until two days ago I believe

I’ve been told that you have to pay for the subscription, they activate your account for now

Hi, can you tell me where I can see outstanding invoices and such for this? The invoices we receive for our self hosted service are very sporadic and we aren’t really sure where they come from. Logging into the dashboard doesn’t show us either.
