In recent days, conversion (pdf to word, ppt, excel) often fails. Why

It seems some files caused the problem. We keep on tuning our Aspose.PDF Cloud containers. However, Can you please share some problematic files? It will help us to investigate and find the exact root cause of the problem.

Thanks for the patience. Aspose.PDF Cloud service is resumed. We made some changes in the server to avoid this issue in the future.
