I already tried it in yesterday and today. I think it still orrcur sometime, but less than previous.
Note: timeout when I use fontsLocation.

I see the status of this ticket is “Closed” but the issue still there. Can you give us some updates of issue with fontsLocation?

Any updates on this issue? Could we resolve this issue in the end of this month? We need to go live this feature on next month, so please us to check it.

We can still not fix what you experienced, as we couldn’t reproduce it from any region. Please can you check if your fontsLocation folder contains one font to be sure that it doesn’t happen due to too many fonts need to be downloaded
