Bad Gateway Error

We are experiencing the Gateway Error once again. We are seeing multiple errors today that match this pattern…

Error summary:

  • PUT:502:https://api.aspose.cloud/v3.0/pdf/storage/file/xxxxxxxxx.pdf | Bad Gateway Occurred: 5
  • System.CalloutException | Read timed out Occurred: 6

Please advise ASAP.

Please note that the Aspose.PDF Cloud service is now up. We are investigating the problem and will try to avoid it in the future.

The API is working fine on my end. Please share your input document(s) along with a sample code with us for investigation.

@tilal.ahmad, nothing has changed on our end. This issue comes up every month or so. It is definitely on the Aspose/AWS side.

Users are reporting that things have improved, but it is very slow
