API not working - Aspose.Email Cloud /email/as-file

Hi,
we have successfully used /email/as-file API in the past with good results. However, it seems like API is not working as expected and 500 error is shown.

This issue is the same one reported in the following link: Aspose.Email Cloud /email/as-file API not working. It was fixed in July, but now a new error is shown.
