We apologize for any inconvenience caused. During our examination of the server logs, we identified high memory usage, which appears to have contributed to the server response problem. We are actively investigating this matter.

We have seen periods of sporadic 502sā¦ Bad Gateway ā¦ (UTC)
Yesterday, we made some changes to our API and we are confident that these changes will address the timeout issues.
