WordPress Import Error

When trying to Import From Media Gallery on a WordPress Post we get the error

[502] Error connecting to the API (https://api.aspose.cloud/v4.0/words/convert?format=HTML)

I saw similar topics, but they were for other services and not the WordPress plugin itself.
