We have some custom post types that rely on Advanced Custom Fields for data. When we attempt to export, all we get is the post title inside an otherwise empty docx file.
Does anyone have any suggestions on a patch for this or if we are doing this wrong how to make it work?
We did try to modify the twig templates, but it appears as if the plugin is completely ignoring the twig templates anyhow.
Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated!
Kindly note currently, we are only supporting the WordPress built-in custom field feature. The third-party custom fields are not supported. And as you said that the plugin is ignoring the twig template. We need to investigate it. Please share the following information along with the versions of your WordPress, PHP and Aspose.Words Plugin.
It is the default template. It has not been edited. It used to work fine, but broke. We are on the latest version of wordpress.
Thanks for your feedback. We already making some changes in the plugin to get it working with the latest version of WordPress version. We will notify you as soon as we release the new version of the plugin.
