Word API Log Exception

I see multiple instances of the following error in my API logs:
Error: BuildReport. Exception: Error while loading file ‘/DO_NOT_DELETE/territories/EU.docx’ from storage

When I look at the files in my dashboard I can see that the file is there.

I started getting these errors at: 2025-07-15 10:09:51 AM

I have not made any code or configuration changes.

Do you use internal aspose storage or your own?

I use Aspose storage.

Please share your storage id, I will contact the storage team

Where do I find that information and is it safe to share them on this forum?

Yes, you can safely post it on the forum; only the storage team could use it.

Thanks for sharing, as far as I know storage team is developing fix at the moment, we hope it will be available soon.
