Urgent Request - 502:Bad Gateway error

Hi team,

We are using Apsose cloud v4.0/words/convert?format=pdf and constantly getting 502:Bad Gateway

This is causing a production issue in our live service.

We are directly calling the api.

We first mail merge a template to a new file then we download the new file. It seems the latency has caused the issue when downloading the new file that does not exist yet.

Also, in the log there’s no download failed being logged.
