and constantly getting 502:Bad Gateway
This is causing a production issue in our live service.

We are directly calling the api.
We first mail merge a template to a new file then we download the new file. It seems the latency has caused the issue when downloading the new file that does not exist yet.
Also, in the log there’s no download failed being logged.

The root of the problem was network issues in the data center.
