Hello, our company has a network access management policy which requires listing the IPs of external servers accessible from our servers.
Can you tell us the list of IP addresses to allow to access api.aspose.cloud?
Please note Aspose Cloud is hosted on Amazon servers and static IP feature in Amazon Auto Scaling is not supported at this moment. Each time an instance is launched by the ASG, a public IP from the Amazon’s pool of public IPv3 addresses is associated.
So, you may have to allow AWS IP Address Range (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/aws-ip-ranges.html ).

Our host thinks that there is a solution with elastic IPs.
Anyway it seems to me that this is a problem with the Aspose Cloud solution that should be known to future customers.
Aspose Cloud does not allow compliance with a standard security rule which consists in limiting access to only authorized servers.
At this point we still have a problem that I wonder how to solve.

Though, currently it is Aspose Cloud limitation because of Amazon Servers. However we have logged a ticket PLATFORM-1289 for further investigation. We will notify you as soon as we made some progress in this regard.
