Message:
Hi Team,
I am facing an issue with my Aspose Cloud subscription.
Even though my subscription shows Active, the API still returns:
User inactive. Your trial plan has expired. Please purchase a paid plan to continue using our services.
Code: 4015
Subscription Details:
- Subscription ID: 251031115945
- Product: Aspose.Total Cloud
- Status: Active
- Next Billing: 2026-01-01
- Start: 2025-12-01
- Application Client ID: 02c4b82e-2076-42f9-a09d-8b4a953a5c1d
My dashboard also does not show Organization, so I cannot link the subscription to my application.
Please activate my account and link the subscription to my application OR enable the correct dashboard UI.
This is blocking development - please assist urgently.
Thanks.

Summary
A 4015 – User inactive response indicates that the client credentials you are sending are being treated as belonging to an expired trial account. The subscription you see as Active is not currently linked to the client ID you are using, so the billing system cannot recognize it as a paid plan.
Why it can happen
- The subscription is not associated with an Organization in the Aspose Cloud dashboard, so the system cannot match the client ID to a paid plan.
- The client ID / client secret pair you are using is either missing, incorrect, or not linked to the active subscription.
- The dashboard UI may be missing the Organization tab, which prevents you from linking the subscription yourself.
What you can do
- Verify the dashboard view
- Log in to the Aspose Cloud Dashboard.
- Check whether an Organization tab is visible. If it is not, the UI is not showing the organization that can hold the subscription.
- Confirm the subscription linkage
- If the Organization tab appears, open it and look for subscription 251031115945 under that organization.
- If the subscription is missing, you will need to raise a support ticket asking the Aspose team to link the subscription to the appropriate organization.
- Check your application credentials
- In the Dashboard, go to My Apps (or the equivalent section).
- Ensure the client ID you are using (
02c4b82e-2076-42f9-a09d-8b4a953a5c1d) belongs to an app that is linked to the organization containing the subscription.
- If you are unsure, generate a new client secret for that app, or create a new app and obtain a fresh client ID/secret pair.
- Test token acquisition
POST <token‑endpoint>
Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded
grant_type=client_credentials&client_id={client_id}&client_secret={client_secret}
- A successful response returns an
access_token.
- If you still receive 4015, the credentials are still not linked to an active paid plan.
- Contact Aspose Support
- Open a support ticket and include:
- Subscription ID: 251031115945
- Product: Aspose.Total Cloud
- Your client ID.
- Description of the missing Organization tab.
- Request that the support team:
- Verify that the account is active for the provided client ID.
- Link the subscription to the appropriate organization.
- Ensure the dashboard UI shows the organization.
Note
Linking a subscription to an application and fixing the dashboard UI can only be performed by Aspose support or an account administrator. Providing the information above will help them address the issue as quickly as possible.
Requirement coverage: no.
- [no] Activate the account and link the subscription to the application, or enable the correct dashboard UI as requested. — The answer only provides troubleshooting steps and advises contacting support, but does not perform the activation, linking, or UI fix.
Thank you for the update.
I wanted to confirm that I still cannot see the “Organization” option in my Aspose Cloud dashboard, so I’m unable to link the subscription myself.
Please help link subscription 251031115945 to my account and ensure that the Organization tab becomes visible.
