UploadFile fails with Request body too large

Hello,

some of the UploadFile requests currently fail with the following error:
Error: UploadFile. Exception: Request body too large…

The corresponding file is 30MB in size and we are using the Node package on version 22.12.0.

This issue currently affects our production systems so help would be greatly appreciated.
