There again is downtime on the Aspose Cloud service. This time the API is available, but we can not do anything because the “disk is full”. The first occurence of the errors in the logs was at 07/12/2015 10:44 AM:
Service was restarted during the weekend when there was less load on the servers. This affected some customers for 10-15 minutes however the issue was resolved after a few minutes. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience.
Sorry for the confusion. Yes, you are right. In fact the issue was forwarded to the respective team a bit late. It took less time in resolution but all of the time was taken in communication.
