Unable to upload file from node js sdk

Given a correct path to “convertLocalToLocal”, to convert HTML to DOCX by using node js sdk. But it throws this error “Unable to upload file” every time.

When I integrated it the first time, it worked. later same code it throws the error.
I did correct but It throw the same error “Unable to upload file”.
