Hi, I’m currently experiencing extremely slow response times (several minutes), causing timeouts on calls to aspose pdf cloud. Specifically putPageAddStamp, downloadFile and postDocumentTextReplace from the nodejs sdk. Calls to aspose words cloud do not seem to be affected.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. We will appreciate it if you please share some sample documents and code to reproduce the issue at our end for investigation.
Hi @tilal.ahmad. Response times seem to have recovered now. Encountered issue between 12 and 1 pm today, but service status page showed no issues.
Thanks for your feedback. We have not received any similar compliant but we will look into the server logs and investigate the issue.
