Throwing error when calling document

There seems to be an issue with Aspose, they are throwing us this error ‘{“Message”:“Error while get file ‘’ from storage: Invalid Amazon S3 file path 41443/e296630a-1e54-4156-905f-4a960d282e95/”}’

Also is there a direct way to contact Aspose rather than this forum.

Thank you for contacting Aspose Support.

We tested the API, the problem is not with Aspose API but with Amazon S3 storage configuration. I have logged the issue in our internal tracking software and our Platform team is looking into this issue. As soon as I have some updates regarding resolution progress, I will update you here.
