Template upload : Change of behaviour detected

Recently we have seen a change in behaviour when uploading a template via the API.
we are honing in on the time between 10/13/2020 2:04 PM and 10/13/2020 1:47 PM UTC

which gives a 403 and
“You cannot process this method due to your plan restrictions. Supported products are: ‘Words’”

Just looking for enlightenment. (other than the expected encouragement to update to V4)
We can still upload templates manually through the portal and use them via the API once uploaded

We have fixed the issue and it should work now. Please test the problematic API and confirm.
