Template is not recognized

Hello,

I am able to generate the omr. And i bubbled up the omr and trying to recognize the results.
But getting ‘Format is not supported. Only 24bpp or 32bpp images are expected’ error with the cloud api: https://api.aspose.cloud/v5.0/omr/RecognizeTemplate/GetRecognizeTemplate?id=

Pls do the needful in resolving the issue.
