Sudden error Word to PDF Conversion - "Filemanager has not been initialized"

We have been using your Word to PDF converter (Aspose.Words.Cloud) via the Python SDK for the past two years without any issues. However, starting today at 10:57:57 AM, we have encountered an error message every time we attempt to convert a Word document to PDF. It was working fine before this time.

The error message is as follows:
“Error: ConvertDocument. Exception: Filemanager has not been initialized. => One or more errors occur.”

We are unsure of the cause of this error and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Could you investigate and let us know what might be causing this problem?

The error has been resolved, seems to have been linked to the following issue since it’s start and end date correspond with our logs. I HAVE BEEN FIXED | Status - aspose.cloud.

One of the errors that may cause such behavior has been fixed; now we are waiting for a fix for another error that is being deployed.
