We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please check, the issue is fixed now. The DB connection hit the limit that caused the problem. We are further investigating to find the root cause of the problem and will fix it.

I note ongoing bounces of the service.

Yes, it was down for some time yesterday. We found the root cause of the problem and made some changes in server configuration to prevent it from happening again. It seems the new setting fixed the issue, but we are still closely monitoring the logs.
