We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. There was an outage of couple of minutes and was fixed immediately. However, if you still facing the issue then please share your input document along with the source code with us for investigation.

It seems that the bug has been fixed, but this fault does not last for only a few minutes, but more than 10 hours. It is a major accident. Our product cannot work within the last 10 hours. Please find out the cause and hope that similar faults will not occur again
Yes, the service is resumed. We have found the root cause of the problem and fine tuned the Aspose.PDF Cloud service to avoid this in the future.
