The service has been bouncing for a couple of days, is there a long term resolution.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are already investigating the problem and tuning our server configuration. Hopefully, it will resolve the issue.

Thanks for the acknowledgment. We are planning to change the hardware as well in the near future. It will further improve the service availability.
