We are waiting for long periods on every request over the last 24 hours and in most cases they time out/ are unsuccessful. The status page shows no incidents however I can confirm there is very much something wrong with the API. Is this being actively worked on?
update to this - this is now a major incident as all of our requests are now timing out with ASPOSE.
The reports we are trying to compile are the same size, format as they have always been and looking at other forum topics this uggest ASPOSE has a system outage?

There was no change from our side, this was ASPOSE going down.
FYI It seems to be back up now? can you tell me if this was a result of a direct change made by ASPOSE and should we expect any more instances in the coming weeks? are there changes being made to the service which will affect up time?
Yes, service is working as expected now. We noticed some network issue with our AWS account. We are working on the fix to avoid this issue in the future.
