Recieving 502 bad gateway with the apis for .words and .pdf

Our system is experiencing a timeout error with the API for word and PDF. we experienced the same issue a couple of months ago and it required a container restart on Aspose’s side.

Our system is not working at all for our clients could you please look at this ASAP


We are sorry for the inconvenience. The Aspose.Words Cloud and Aspose.PDF Cloud APIs are working fine at my end currently. However, we are looking into the server logs and will share our findings with you,
