Problem registering account on cloud.aspose.com

We are seeing the attached error message each time we try to create an account on https://www.aspose.cloud/. We are using Chrome 48 on Windows 7.

I also tried using the “reset password” feature on https://www.aspose.cloud and never received the email containing step by step instructions.

The mentioned issue has been resolved and your account has also been created. As far as password reset mail is concerned, it was delayed because of too many messages in the queue. Please check again and confirm if you have received the password reset mail.
