We are facing very sluggish performance on Cloud API on Aspose words operations.
We are using Ruby gem for aspose. We are experiencing multiple timeout errors or longer time of execution on operations which are even lesser in terms of number of images and data which we have done in the past. What is causing this on your side?

@tilal.ahmad it worked fine after some time. Can you tell us regarding the root cause. We have been facing timeouts and bad gateway sporadically through out last couple of weeks. These issue keep cropping up again and again
We have enhanced our API by updating certain dependencies, which helped us improve the timeout issue.
