PDF作成のAPI実行でレスポンスが返ってこない

PDF作成のAPIを実行するとレスポンスが返ってこない。
実行した際のエラーが下記となります。
2024年9月30日ごろまでは正常に実行できておりました。

504 Gateway Time-out

The server didn't respond in time.

1回実行はできる場合があるが、連続してAPIを実行するとレスポンスが返ってこない、もしくは非常に遅い。
