I checked status.aspose.cloud and it is showing all PDF Cloud APIs as operational. However I am getting random errors when uploading a document (probably 25% of the time), and am completely unable to run a .GetFields request without getting timeouts or gateway errors every time
The form in question is a 5-page IRS form, so size should not be an issue.
