Missing Regex to Retain files

Hi,

We want to keep our template and it’s folder forever in storage. In march 2022, it was got automatically deleted and we raised the ticket as follows,

Hi, We have integrated Aspose with Salesforce to generate PDF using docx template. Under “Aspose for cloud storage” , I have created two folders as “Sandbox_Template” and “Production_Template”. Both folder are having one docx template. Yesterday we started getting error is salesforce that template is missing. when we checked in aspose, we have observed that Production_Template folder is not having docx template. Also our Sandbox_Template folder is missing. For time being I have added my temp…

As support suggested we did setting. Now we just observed this setting we are not able to see on page. Will file remain forever ?

I have asked our storage team, and once they answer, I will return with the information.

The policy has changed, meaning any newly uploaded files will be deleted after a month, but everything you uploaded before this change is still available.

The settings were removed from UI but kept for your account. You can’t change this setting anymore, but files that are maintained by this rule remain in the storage.
