Hi team,
We are experiencing an extended processing time starting this morning from 15 seconds to 45-50 seconds on the same 40 kb word document. (PDF result is about 90kb)
Our process is two steps. First, generate the document using mailMerge from a template then we download the new document in PDF format. (Both on v4.0/words)
It seems like the PDF converting is where things got slowed down but not sure what’s really behind it. This is causing a lot of issues since our pipeline is on build on Heroku and they have a strict 30-second timeout for routing.
Is this a temporary slowdown on the backend or this is something we can fix?
