We are still on 1.1.2 asposecloud ruby gem, using v1.1 of the aspose api. Was working fine tell a couple of days ago, now we are getting back 400’s whenever we are attempting to call to the aspose api. Could you please let us know if this has become deprecated?
Yes, the older versions are obsolete, we are not maintaining them. So, please use the most recent API versions, V4.0 (for Aspose.Words Cloud) and V3.0 (for the remaining Cloud APIs). Please note that the latest versions support JSON Web Token(JWT) to authenticate the requests and every product has its own storage methods. Please let us know if you need any assistance with the migration.
