Intermittent timeout errors

API calls to GetPages() taking at least 1 minute and calls to PutPageConvertToJpeg or PutPageConvertToPng are timing out mor often than working - this has been going on all day.

Our code has not changed and the intermittent timeout can be replicated using CURL requests.

Please investigate urgently and advise resolution.
