We’re observing an increased amount of timeouts on your side when requesting converting powerpoint files to pdf, however aspose’s status page doesn’t reflect that. Not all requests are timing out, only some of them.
Can you provide more info about ongoing issues on your side and possible a date for a fix?

I assume that these cases are related to processing large files. If this is the case, please consider using the asynchronous API. The following article shows you how to do this:

We already are using asynchronous API for larger files and do a retry in case something fails once. On our side multiple different customers are affected, so the issue is not related to a faulty file either.
