Increased latency on doc conversion [URGENT]

Since Saturday we’ve noticed a increase in the timing to process a conversion, as well as a increase in the time required to load the conversion ui. It appears the api is running slow in general. If you could advise.

Hi, we’re using V2 of the API, via the groupdocs-php package.
