I can't export posts into words

i’ve installed the plugin but i can’t export post into docs . Can you help me please

The Aspose.Words Exporter WordPress Plugin is working fine at my end. Please try to reinstall and activate the Aspose.Words Exporter WordPress Plugin. Hopefully, it will work as expected.

Hi ahmad ,
so it’s my administrator who did this so he followed this steps : Copy the folder to the root of our site, in wp-content > plugins.
and i activated the plugin on the Dashboard of WordPress site, but it’s doesn’t work for me :frowning:

Thanks for your feedback. Kindly enable debugging and share the complete error log along with the versions of your WordPress, PHP and Aspose.Words Plugin. We will investigate the issue and will share our findings.

Wordpress version : 4.6.1
PHP version: 7.2.10
Aspose Words version : 6.3.1
PHP Version:7.2.5 or higher
