So I’ve just paid to remove the password from an XLMS excel macro enabled speadsheet and it fails to remove the password. Any solutions or is it possible to get a refund?

When you have the password, you have two ways to solve the issues.
- you call unlock API form https://api.aspose.cloud. Please reference develop documents(https://docs.aspose.cloud/cells/tr/unlock/without-using-storage/).
- you use unlock APP of Cells.Cloud(Unlock Excel Online for Free).
