As far as performance issue is concerned, some performance issues have been resolved but your particular issue has not been resolved as you had not shared any document to test with and we are not sure if your documents will benefit from fixed performance issues.

Release process has changed a bit. Earlier we were releasing all Aspose for Cloud APIs under a single Aspose.Total for Cloud release and you have shared the same link where Aspose.Total for Cloud releases are listed.
Now we release all APIs individually as you can see there are Aspose.Words for Cloud, Aspose.Pdf for Cloud and other cloud APIs listed under Aspose.Total for Cloud. You can select any API to get the latest updates for that API e.g. if you want to check Aspose.Words for Cloud updates, you can select https://docs.aspose.cloud/display/wordscloud/Release+Notes and for Aspose.Pdf, you can select https://docs.aspose.cloud/display/pdfcloud/Release+Notes
The only problem is that many issues were fixed and new features were introduced in Aspose.Words for Cloud which were missed and are not listed there. All of those missing updates will be listed in the upcoming release of Aspose.Words for Cloud i.e. 2.0.0.

Work on 2.0.0 release is in progress and hopefully it will be released in this month. As far as your documents are concerned, we are investigating them and will reply in the respective forum threads.

Hi Muhammad, maybe you can send us API credentials of the test-server when that was updated, so we can help you testing those documents after the bugs are fixed. Please let me know if we can help.

There was some issue with the test server and it was discontinued. Now we are planning again to set up the test server and will share the details with you once it is set up.

Okay that’s fine. If you have no plans to share any API details so we can thoroughly help you testing that also is fine, but we would like to help you guys solve the bugs as fast as possible. Otherwise please make sure it matches the 40MB upload limit as we have on production.
