It’s not listed in the documentation but is it possible to retrieve the remaining credits for a cloud subscription? Scenario: “Document volume increases and exceed current plan”
This issue has been logged into our issue tracking system as SAASWEBCORE-743. We will update you as soon as this is supported.
Although you cannot find information about remaining balance in web UI but you will start receiving email alerts when you will be closer to your plan limit (around 80% of your API limit is used). We also send email alerts to upgrade to a suggested plan when you exceed your plan limit.
