How to export my knowledge base articles that are custom WordPress posts

This is the plugin we are currently using for our knowledge base - WordPress Knowledge Base Plugin | Heroic KB Plugin

I attempted to export from the drop-down on the articles page but the option doesn’t show.

The custom post type is labeled post_type=ht_kb

Any help with this?

Thanks for your inquiry. I’m afraid currently export of custom posts are not supported in the Aspose DOC Exporter WordPress Plugin. We have plan to support it in near future. We will notify you as soon as the feature is implemented.

Thanks for your patience. We are pleased to inform you that yours above reported issue has been fixed in the latest release of Aspose Doc Exporter WordPress Plugin, i.e. 4.1.1. Now Aspose Doc Exporter supports to export custom defined post types as well.
