What was the reason for this error?
It was failing since yesterday.
We are not getting confidence on this api since it gives 504 or sometimes it gives auth error as well.
Please share RCA for this issue if possible.
There was a downtime of almost 24 hours on our service due to this issue
@Deepali11 we did some infrastructural changes yesterday to prevent this from happening. Dedicated team is testing changes, but it looks good so far. We will follow the problem a few weeks to ensure everything is stable, so let’s see.
