@enablix,
Thank you for sharing the error details and operation IDs.
To investigate the issue further, could you please provide the following information:

The code or complete REST API requests used to perform the split operations, including all request parameters.

This information will help us reproduce the issue and determine whether it is related to particular presentations, request parameters, storage access, or concurrent processing.
The file in question cannot be shared on a public forum due to confidentiality constraints. Is there an option to share the file securely with Aspose team?

You are right, the issue has been resolved. I’ve asked our developers which version will include the fix. I will let you know as soon as I find out.
@enablix,
Unfortunately, I am still waiting for feedback from our development team. I have reminded them about this issue and will update you as soon as I receive any new information.
We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience.
@enablix,
We have increased the resources allocated to the service to improve its stability and handling of resource-intensive operations. This change was made on the server side and did not require a new deployment or a new version of Aspose.Slides Cloud. Please check the issue again.
