Getting Status Code 404 for existing process

We have integrated with aspose from salesforce and were using it for more than 4-5 years. But suddenly it is now throwing an error with the status code 404 and says ‘Error while loading file ‘Sandbox_Template/CDATemplate.docx’ from storage. The specified file does not exist.",
“Description”: "Operation Failed. File Not Found.’. Can you please help asap ?

Can you please help asap since this issue exists in production as well from last couple of days and business is getting affected ?

This is impacting our Product too and 17 live clients.

I’ve attached a photo showing the file exists despite the sudden 404 error. These types of errors are under investigation; I’m waiting for the responsible team’s answer
