Getting 'Filemanager has not been initialized' Errors

I’m getting a lot of Filemanager has not been initialized errors:

Error: BuildReport. This was working yesterday, has something changed?

After 4 hours and 50+ failed requests (each one a customer on a production server) I would have expected an update by now.
