Generate Excel file by using Aspose.Cells Cloud DLL

I have gone through Aspose Cells Cloud documentation. I have little bit confusion about Aspose Cells Cloud DLL. Is it possible to generate Excel file and convert Excel file to PDF file as same as Aspose Cells DLL by using Aspose Cells Cloud DLL or not?
