I have the ‘Don’t clear folders by regex’ set to [Tt]emplate-.*
However files names Template-XXX.docx are still being deleted after 3 months.
Can you please confirm how the regex works?
The option is used for the folders, storage mode preserves the subfolders and files in the specified folder. If you want to save some files from deletion you can save/move files into the folder, excluded from deletion. However, if there is some difference in your question and my understanding, then please share some more details, so we will guide you accordingly.
