Extremely slow response times

We have just observed very slow response times for requests that were sent to the Words API. A text-replacement operation took 3.4 minutes. A request to extract custom XML didn’t complete before our lambda timed out (meaning it took >4 minutes). All other API endpoints that we tested responded significantly slower than normal too.

The status page for this product does not list any issues/failures.

We are fine tuning the auto scaling of the cloud containers along with adding hardware resources to the server. We will update you once we complete it.
