Export to PDF doesn't export all fields on a Jira issue

A user notified our team that the “Export to PDF” function only exports a handful of fields to the PDF. Is this a limitation of the add-on?

It should export all the fields. However, we will appreciate it if you please share some screenshots/documents with more details. We will look into these and will guide you accordingly.

It appears to only export system fields and not custom fields in Jira.
